Our rooms

A suitable room for every event

With our professional and personal approach, we are happy to accommodate small meetings of approximately 20 people as well as multi-day conferences of up to 650 people. We understand that for some meetings a U-shape layout works best and for other meetings a square or theatre layout is preferable. With various break-out possibilities, the layout of our rooms can therefore be adapted to meet your requirements. In addition, we provide various modern branding options to suit your event.     A room that is perfectly suited for (multi-day) conferences. With a floor space of 425 square metres, this room can accommodate up to 500 people. Unique are the abundance of daylight and the splendid view of the new temporary home of the Dutch House of Representatives. This room has three screens: one on the short side and two on the long side. This means that this space can be utilised in various ways. It possible to increase the capacity of this room to 650 people by combining it with room 1.2. In addition, both rooms can also be connected to the stylishly furnished foyer 1, which means that the space can be substantially increased even further.

  • Room 1.10

    A room of 82 square metres that, for example, is suitable as a meeting room for 63 people. Thanks to a flexible wall this room can be used in combination with room 1.9. When combined it is possible for 40 people to sit around a table in a U-shape or to welcome a maximum of 100 people in a theatre layout.

  • Room 1.7

    50 - 100

    This is possibly the most unique room of The Hague Conference Centre, due to its layout that resembles the British House of Commons. Appropriate in a city with such a parliamentary tradition. This room is extremely suitable for creative sessions and discussions. There are rows of seats facing each other on both sides of the room and the rear wall is complete with a large screen. This room offers space for a maximum of 80 people. It is also possible to use some of the rows of seat on one side as a stage and set up the rest of the room in a theatre layout. After concluding your event you can talk things over on this floor in the modern foyer or in the tastefully designed bar in the lounge.

    These two rooms adjoin each other. By means of a flexible wall between the rooms they can be used either separately or together. When the rooms are combined,, they can accommodate up to 100 people. Do you want to use the rooms separately? Then you can receive the highest number of people, 63 in total. The other room can accommodate 42 people. Noteworthy is the presence of state-of-the-art ‘picture in picture’ projection technology. This allows you to brand the room in your house style colours while simultaneously running an audiovisual presentation.
