Would your guests like to stay overnight in The Hague after the congress? Then they can choose from four thousand hotel rooms within a short walking distance of The Hague Conferences Centre. These vary from a standard to a luxury room: there is something to suit all tastes. We work very closely with a large number of these hotels. The Babylon Hotel, a 4-star hotel with 143 renovated rooms, is also located in the New Babylon building.
Extensive parking possibilities
It is very easy for you to reach The Hague Conference Centre either by car or public transport. The venue lies immediately next to The Hague Central Station and can be reached by train from international airports within 30 minutes. Driving from the A12 motorway you can park in the Q-Park CS New Babylon. This garage has 1,246 spaces available and offers direct access to the entrance of the conference centre by means of a lift.

The Hague Conference Centre is highly specialized in providing audiovisual support for high-quality conferences and events. This support is provided at The Hague Conference Centre by Bourgonje, a specialist company that is one of the top audiovisual suppliers, to optimize your sound, images and lighting. They specialize in conferences with many speakers, live broadcasting, video recordings and translation booths.
Flexible layout of rooms
The rooms can accommodate groups ranging from twenty to 650 people. We understand that for some meetings a U-shape works best and for other meetings a square or theatre layout is preferable. That is why the layout of the rooms can be adapted to suit your requirements.
